At Beckmann Norway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new backpack or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the item.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping point; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
